陈运权(1959.1—)笔名石泉，湖北沙市人。擅长中国画。1983年毕业于广州美术学院中国画系。后任铁道部《桥梁工人》记者，现任湖北美术学院中国画系副教授，副系主任，花鸟画工作室主任。作品《天地之灵》获第七届全国美展银奖。多次入选全国美展。出版有《陈运权作品集》、《陈运权工笔花鸟画小辑》、《陈运权白描花鸟画集》等。
