钱彰武，1923年出生于金华汤溪，早年毕业于金华师范，后长期定居绍兴。善绘画，山水、花鸟、人物皆能，尤以画牛著称于世，亦善书法。其所作《鲁迅和闰土》得到时任中国美协主席李可染先生好评，并为美协收藏；《牧牛图》为泰国皇宫收藏；并有作品多次出展美、日、德、澳等国。1997年出版个人画册。生前曾任绍兴市美术家协会副主席。2002年11月20日在绍兴病逝。

钱彰武，金华人，自称金星山人，长期侨居绍兴。“文革”后出名，成名作《鲁迅和闰土》赴京展出，受李可染赞扬，李说：“钱彰武的牛画的比我好”，名噪一时。此图浙泸报刊竟为刊登。《鲁迅和闰土》系大幅指墨画，写少年鲁迅与闰土坐牛背上。识者说：“画上的闰土怎么象钱先生自己？”钱答，就是我，我从小就在金星山上放牛。八十年代初我客居绍兴，经友人介绍相识钱，赠我其成名作黑白照一帧，背面加墨书留念，小字铁划银钩。
