康殷(1926一1999)，字伯宽，曾担任中央文史研究馆馆员、首都师范大学研究员、中国书法家协会理事等职务。
幼喜书法、绘画、篆刻，曾在吉林师范大学学习绘画。青年时期从事文物工作，坚持研习书画。后执教于民族学院、中央工艺美术学院及南开大学、北京师范学院美术系。
曾为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会理事，北京秦文学副会长。首都师大研究员、北京印社社长。作品有中国画《文姬归汉图》、《钟馗扫妖》等。撰编《印典》获国家图书奖等。大康先生墨宝遍布京城，其中1993年，国务院批准的、中国第一家开业的中外合资零售商业企业燕莎友谊商城，特邀大康先生题写匾额，至今犹在。
1999年6月9日在北京逝世，享年73岁。
1958年开始编辑《印典》，历经四十年始成。1984年调首都师范大学任教。国画创作以人物为主，作品笔墨精到，注重以形传神。作品多次在国内外展出并在报刊上发表。
1987年5月率其弟、侄四人在中国美术馆举办“五康书画展”。亦擅书法、篆刻，精于古文学研究。此外在学问方面还精研古文字、金石学、并善诗文。辑有《汉隶七种选临》、《郑羲下碑》、《张猛龙碑》、《隋墓志三种》、《古图形玺印汇》及友人手拓《大康印稿》。著有《古文字形发微》、《古文字学新论》、《文字源流浅说》、《说文部首铨释》等。
理论专著有:《古文字形发微》、《文字源流浅说》、《古文字学新论》、《说文部首诠释》。编纂中国第一部古印玺全集《印典》。曾获“国家图书奖”；北京“社会科学奖”、“优秀图书奖”。他的业绩被日本行家成为“金石书法重镇”；又被英国剑桥“世界名人中心”授予最高奖项“20世纪科学家最高成果银牌奖”。
