林聆，（1918年12月26日—2007年8月12日），广西贵县人，中国当代水彩画家，油画家。自小酷爱美术，1936年开始木刻创作，1938年加入中华全国木刻界抗敌协会，1943年参加昆明国立西南联合大学进步同学组织的阳光画社。在抗日战争前后十年间，曾根据自己与劳动人民相处的生活体验，创作了《雪地的葬仪》、《催租》、《仇》、《老农》、《人畜之间》等许多宣传抗日，反映农村及铁路工人苦难生活的木刻画。抗战胜利后致力研究油画和水彩画，创作了《秋后》、《冬日》、《村头》、《地角》、《手脚浮肿的挑夫》等一批水彩和素描作品。于1949年春在昆明举办了第一次个人水彩画展。1950年参加中国人民解放军，从事部队美术工作，曾任昆明军区美术创作组组长，北京中国人民革命军事博物馆美术创作室创作员，昆明军区文艺创作组创作员等职；1956年任云南省美术家协会筹委会委员。1959年加入中国美术家协会；1960年任云南美协理事；1968年后任云南省文联委员、美协顾问、云南画院特邀画家。他重视深入生活，常以浓郁流畅的笔调，描绘云南地区丰富多彩的军民战斗生活和美丽自然的山野田园景色，抒发战士热爱祖国边疆的真挚感情，所作油画《澜沧江畔》、《巡逻归来》、《瑞丽江的早晨》，版画《插秧》、《边疆是咱们的家》，水彩画《遵义会议期间毛主席住处》等参加全国、全军美展或出国展出并获奖。
1958年至1962年曾为北京中国人民革命军事博物馆及其他建筑完成了大量的建筑装饰设计工作。1977年参加了北京毛主席纪念堂部分陈设的装饰设计制作工作。1962年春至1980年春，云南省美术家协会曾为其举办了第二次、第三次个人水彩画展；1980年7月北京中国美术馆为其举办了个人水彩画展。油画《瑞丽江的早晨》现存北京中国人民军事博物馆，水彩画《遵义会议会址》、《边寨》、《遵义会议期间毛主席住处》、《远山细雨》、《沟水慢流》、《早春》、《雨后》等现藏北京中国美术馆。1996年获中国版画家协会颁发的“鲁迅版画奖”，2004年云南文学艺术成就奖。1982年出版了《林聆画选》，2009年出版了《个人反射历史——林聆的绘画》。
