赵龙，1975年1月出生于黑龙江省密山市，中国美术家协会会员，黑龙江省水彩画艺术委员会主任，黑龙江龙美美术馆馆长，黑龙江省“五四”青年奖章获奖者，黑龙江省六个一批专家人才，哈尔滨师范大学教学名师，现任哈尔滨师范大学美术学院美术教育系主任，硕士研究生导师，博士，教授。作品多次获国家级、省级展览最高奖，也曾多次代表文化部、中国文联、中国美协赴海外巡展，被中国美术馆、上海美术馆、浙江美术馆等多家官方美术馆及私人收藏。2007年在哈尔滨举办“过程——赵龙绘画作品展”，出版有《赵龙水彩画》等十余部专著、编著。
