章德甫(1932.8—)浙江宁波人。擅长油画、水彩画。1955年毕业于东北鲁迅文艺学院。曾任沈阳鲁迅美术学院附中副校长、工艺系副主任。1984年后任苏州城市建设环境保护学院副教授。油画《战火纷飞》、《指导员》、《毛主席接见李四光、钱学森》(合作)等入选全国性美展。水彩画《海风》、《金秋》等被收藏。出版有《绘画透视学》(合作)、《水彩画作品选》(五人合集)。
