王建彬，汉族，1964年生，黑龙江齐齐哈尔人。1991年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院，学士学位。曾任教于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院油画系，原黑龙江省水彩画艺术委员会副主任。2005年至今，任四川音乐学院成都美术学院副教授、硕士研究生导师，南京师范大学美术学院客座教授。中国美术家协会会员。
教学主讲的课程有：《素描》、《色彩》、等。
绘画作品：
《阳光下》获1998年东北三省水彩画展铜奖；
《秋水静无声》获1999年东北三省水彩画展金奖；
《山村》获宁波全国小幅水彩画优秀奖；
《意大利小景》获福建全国小幅水彩画优秀奖；

水彩作品分别发表在《美术》、《中国水彩》、《水彩艺术》上。
