戴永强，1975年出生，湖南溆浦人。
现任教于长沙大学艺术系；中国美术家协会会员，湖南省美术家协会理事，湖南水彩水粉画艺委会主任委员，长沙市水彩画艺委会主任。
主要展览：2003年水彩画《残荷》参加纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美术作品展。
2004年水粉作品《闲阳》获第十届全国美展银奖，浙江美术馆收藏；2005年水粉作品《谧》获第七届全国水彩展银奖；
2006年水粉作品《残雪》获湖南第六届水彩大展金奖；
2007年水彩作品《混沌山色》获第八届全国水彩展优秀奖；
2008年水粉作品《谧》《空蒙》参加艺术湖南美术精品晋京展。
2009年水粉作品《空蒙》入选全国第十一届美展。
2010年水彩画《回望家乡》入选上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展。
有多幅作品发表在《文艺研究》《美术》《美术观察》《中国水彩》《理论与创作》《美术大家》《大视野》《湖南书画》等杂志上，并有多幅作品被私人收藏。
