王胜利，1956年11月生，安徽蚌埠人。定居于深圳，专业画家，高级职称。笔名：月禾，专业水彩画家。1981年毕业于安徽师范大学美术系，中国美术家协会会员、中国美术教育研究会会员、广东省美术家协会员。多年来，一直从事水彩画的教学与研究，高级职称。作品多次在《美术》、《中国水彩》、中国《水彩艺术》等刊物上发表。多幅作品被中外友人、美术馆收藏。
