于澎，籍贯山东省胶县，1957年8月8日出生于吉林省长春市。现为中国美术家协会会员、合肥市文学艺术联合会美术中心副秘书长。自幼爱画画，12岁正式师从于安徽省艺术学院梁景福教授，从素描学起、后结合自学。作品多次入选全国及省级美术作品展览、并获奖及被收藏。
