耿景华老师于1970年出生黑龙江讷河市，1996年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院美术教育系，2013年哈尔滨师范大学美术学院硕士研究生毕业，主修水彩。现就职于哈尔滨师范大学美术学院美教系水彩专业，黑龙江省美术家协会水彩艺委委员。
2014年水彩作品《夕阳正浓》入选第二届全国青年水彩画展。且发表于2014年《美术》第七期。
2014年水彩作品《美丽的身影》入选泰山之尊全国山水画、水彩画展，并被收藏。
2014年水彩作品《序曲》入选“第十二届全国美术作品展”
