孙政学，1958年生于河北唐山。浙江省水彩画家协会理事，浙江省油画协会会员，浙江科技学院艺术学院教授，浙江省艺术设计重点学科带头人。作品《秋忆》获“首届全国水彩画艺术展”金奖，《牧-北方之生》获铜奖；《余辉》获“第四届全国水彩、粉画展”铜奖；《小站》获“全国首届水彩人物画展”铜奖；《市井写生》获“第二届中国美术金彩奖”优秀奖；《远山之六》入选第三届全国水彩粉画展；《回家》获“好阳光”浙江省水彩画展览银奖；作品入编《中国现代美术全集水彩卷》、《中国当代美术1979-1999》、《中国水彩画史》、《中国水彩画图史》。
