陈钟又名陈金汀，三色堂主。黑龙江哈尔滨人。擅长水彩画。1955年毕业于哈尔滨师专中文专业。从事少年美术教育，历任哈尔滨市少年宫美术辅导员，教育部主任，黑龙江省书法家协会展览部主任，黑龙江省文史馆馆员。作品入选第二、六届全国美展，全国首届水彩、粉画展。作品有《一栅难隔春色》、《镜中行》、《月朦胧》等。出版有《中国美术家精品画库—陈钟集》。
