郭逢晨：男，1958年生于郑州，1984年毕业于河北师范大学美术系，获文学学士学位。
1986年考入广州美术学院油画系研修班。现为河北师范大学美术学院油画系副教授。近几年一直从事水彩、水粉画教学研究工作，画了大量的水粉、水彩画。水粉画《我们需要胜利》入选第五届全国体育美展，获河北第五届体育美展银奖；水粉画《金山岭的故事》
入选第六届全国美展，获河北省美展铜奖。水彩画《百姓人家》获河北省写生画展金奖。出版有《水粉风景写生研究》、《水粉风景教学新概念》、《水粉静物画法与步骤---食品类》、《水粉静物画法与步骤---特材类》等。
