李义淳，曾用名李意淳，
祖籍江苏省南通市，1963年生于河南省郑州市。
清华大学美术学院艺术硕士；
中国美术家协会会员；
中国水彩画研究会会员；
《第十一届全国美术作品展》专家库成员；
河南省美术家协会水彩画艺术委员会副主任、副秘书长；
河南省书画院特聘画家；
郑州大学美术系副教授、硕士研究生导师。
