吉成林(1938.4—)山西人。擅长水粉画。1962年毕业于山西艺术学院美术系。1991年结业于中央美院油画系进修班。山西省临汾地区艺校高级讲师。作品《金色的摇篮》入选第二届全国水彩、粉画展，《山音》入选第八届全国美展，《源头》、《黄河二月》入选第三届全国水彩、粉画展览，《源头》获铜奖。
