占布拉(1936.2—)蒙古族，内蒙古哲里木盟人。擅长雕塑。1960年毕业于中央美术学院附中，1966年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系。后历任中国美术馆展览陈列部编辑、副主任、研究馆员。作品有《嘎达梅林》、《骑马射箭》、《爱》、《骑马英雄纪念碑》、《二七纪念碑》等，参加第一届、二届全国城市雕塑设计方案展，入选第六届、七届全国美展、首届中国体育美展。《梦》被中国美术馆收藏。
