马辉，中国美术家协会会员，中国雕塑学会会员，国家一级美术师，中国工艺美术学会会员。1968年10月生于西安。曾就学于西安美术学院附中及雕塑系，艺术学学士。任职于陕西省雕塑院，。2000年1月获得由陕西省文化厅颁发的优秀新人奖.1996年获得全国城市雕塑建设指导委员会核发的《城市雕塑设计资格证书》.
在多年的职业生涯里，辛勤耕耘，不断探索，认真尝试多种不同风格的雕塑语言，先后设计制作完成近百件室内外雕塑作品。受到专家和客户的盛赞和好评。其中多件次作品入选国家级专业类展览，并获奖，作品和文章多次发表刊登于国家级大型画册、专业杂志和期刊报纸上，很多作品已建树于公共场所，现已成为当地具有标志性的艺术景观，群众非常喜欢。
