郑观(1931.10—)湖北武汉人。擅长雕塑。1953年在中南文艺学院美术系学习，1956年毕业于中南美专雕塑系，1958年毕业于中央美术学院苏联专家雕塑研究班。广州美术学院雕塑系副教授。作品有《延河摇篮曲》、《林则徐》、《蔡文姬》等。
