宋泊，1911年10月生，河北滦南人。擅长雕塑、美术教育。1936年考入北平国立艺专雕塑系，1937年借读京华美术学院西画系，1941年国立艺专毕业后留校任助教讲师。1948年赴台湾陶业公司任工程师、台湾师范大学美术系教授。1949年后任北京大学工学院建筑系讲师、清华大学副教授兼美术教研组主任。作品有：《军旗》(与蒋兆和合作)立于石家庄烈士陵园、获全国城市雕塑优秀作品，《蒋兆和半身像》获纪念《讲话》发表50周年全国美展银奖，中国美术馆收藏，《李大钊烈士胸像》立于河北省乐亭县李大钊故居。另有《起步》、《乘风》、《破浪》等城雕。
