高彪，江苏扬州人。擅长雕塑。1992年肄业于英国伦敦圣约翰美术学院雕塑专业，1995年毕业于北函大企营专业。现任四川新科城市环境艺研所所长。作品《舟》参加第七届全国美展，《寂静的山林》参加第八届全国美展，《亚运之神》、《神功》、《中国第一枪》参加第二、三、四届全国体育美展，《中国工农红军强渡大渡河纪念碑》(合作)获首届全国城雕优秀奖。
