崔国琦（1954.8—）河南兰考人。擅长雕塑。1975年毕业于郑州师范学校。1998年后历任河南省民协艺委会副主任、河南省美协雕塑艺委会副秘书长，郑州市文联民间文艺家协会秘书长。
主要代表作品：《黄河谣》雕塑系列主要参展情况：1999年《河蛋蛋》入选第九届全国美展；1999年《秋天的歌》、《盘鼓》、《布谷鸟》、《星星月亮》入选德国·柏林亚太艺术展；2002年《入洞房》入选中国·北京国际城市雕塑艺术展获方案提名奖；2003年《小肚兜》、《晨曲》、《黄河滩》、《明朗的天》、《入洞房》入选中国·北京首届国际美术双年展·中国雕塑精品展；2004年《一方水土》、《醉黄河》、《红高粱》、《明朗的天》、《春天的阳光》入选第十届全国美展获铜奖，被中国美术馆收藏；2005年《和谐一家》入选纪念抗战胜利60周年，全国“和平繁荣”雕塑巡展，被厦门市、中国文联影视基地联合收藏；2006年《一方水土》、《醉黄河》、《明朗的天》、《入洞房》入选复兴·崛起中国·郑州国际城市雕塑艺术年。
