文浩（1927―1994年），著名蒙古族雕塑艺术家，蒙名赛·文都素。蒙古族，呼和浩特市土默特左旗人。1941年赴日学习佛学，1943年回国，精通佛学、雕塑、文博专业；1945年8月参加革命，1946年4月加入中国共产党，是内蒙古文博事业的创始人之一；建国后，历任内蒙古文工团美术组组长、剧务主任，《内蒙古画报》编辑组组长、美术工作室主任、主编，内蒙古博物馆馆长，内蒙古自治区文联副主席、自治区文化局副局长，中国美协第三届理事、内蒙古分会主席。从事博物馆管理工作多年。擅长雕塑，曾参加成吉思汗陵的整修，为内蒙古博物馆事业的发展作出了贡献。
凡是到过内蒙古自治区首府呼和浩特市的人，应该都看见过内蒙古博物馆前那匹扬踢飞奔的骏马吧？可是，很多人却不知道这匹骏马的雕塑者是谁，他就是我区著名的蒙古族雕塑家、文博专家――文浩。
1927年1月11日，文浩出生于土默特左旗台阁牧乡达尔架村一个喇嘛世家，蒙古名叫赛·文都素。六七岁时，文浩剃度进了大召寺，披着袈裟天天念经、学律。孩提时的文浩对殿堂里的众多佛像十分感兴趣，常常望着这些佛像发呆，甚至忘记了诵经。大召寺成了文浩美术、舞蹈、文学的启蒙学堂。
1942年，日本东京净土宗寺院来内蒙古草原招考释迦哲学留学生，文浩花了20块大洋东渡日本。到了日本后，文浩渐渐明白：战时的日本急待补充丁源，招考外国学生就是策略之一。尽管日本老师忠诚教育，善待中国学生，可是文浩不愿意生活在这样的环境里，他还是选择了回国。

毅然投身革命
1945年日本军国主义投降后，文浩脱掉袈裟，到张家口投奔了曾经在土默特学校给自己当过老师、时任内蒙古自治运动联合会主席的乌兰夫，成为乌兰夫的
文浩是个闲不住的人，参加革命不久后便发挥出了他的特长。他不仅会画画，还会写歌词，懂蒙古文、藏文和日文，很快就成了内蒙古文工团演员队长，兼舞台美术。1947年内蒙古自治政府成立时，他主演了内蒙古第一部革命歌剧《血案》，成为当时名噪一时的一流演员。《内蒙古日报》创刊不久，他又发表了第一幅画《共产党领导农民改革农具》。
组织上为了培养他，把他送到内蒙古军政学院学习，在那里，他系统地学习了马列主义、毛泽东思想，树立了为共产主义奋斗终身的信念，并且加入了中国共产党。1947年5月，文浩参加了内蒙古自治政府的筹建、选举工作，并且出席了“五一”大会。此后，文浩曾经组织设计了内蒙古东部区第一次建设成就大会，主持了自治区成立10周年、15周年、20周年、30周年的成就展览工作。1956年，文浩任内蒙古博物馆筹备处副主任，1960年任党支部书记兼副馆长，后任馆长。
在繁忙的工作中，文浩始终没有放弃过自己钟爱的绘画、雕塑艺术。有一次他到北京出差，突然接到内蒙古博物馆的电话，要他去天津找有名的“泥人张”定做一批头像雕塑，用于展示各种民族头饰。文浩急匆匆赶到了天津，没想到头像雕塑价格十分昂贵，他望着一件件雕塑作品举棋不定。突然，他冒出了一个念头：为什么不自己试试？这可以为国家省不少钱啊！于是，他用了整整一天观摩“泥人张”的精品雕塑，信心十足地回到了北京。

跨入雕塑界
距离回内蒙古还有一段时间，文浩便在北京办事处摆弄起了泥巴。服务员见他夜夜不睡，把房间搞得遍地狼藉，颇为不满，后来听他说了缘由，态度立即转变，还给他提供了很多方便。就这样，在反复揣摩、反复修改中，一尊尊精美的头像雕塑完成了。
结束了在北京的工作返回呼和浩特时，文浩把博物馆急需的这批头像也带回来了。见到头像后，大家发出一片赞叹声，纷纷称赞“泥人张”果然身手不凡。文浩笑了笑，他什么也没有解释，只是暗暗地为完成任务又为国家节省了资金而欣慰。从此，文浩在深入研究博物馆学的同时，正式跨入了雕塑家的行列。40多年中，文浩雕塑了数百件艺术品，从内蒙古博物馆建馆初期馆顶上飞驰的白骏马，到20世纪60年代的《王若飞》、《接羔》、《草原小姐妹》，70年代的《还俗喇嘛》、《成吉思汗》等等，形成了“北方民族历史人物”、“民族风情”等系列群雕。
