李炳荣(1933.10—)广东湛江人，1960年毕业于广州美术学院雕塑系，曾在广州美术学院任教。现为广东省美术家设计中心艺术总监、高级美术师；中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会员，中国美术家协会会员。另有湖南茶陵革命烈士李炳荣。
主要艺术创作历程：
1987年创作《旋律》不锈钢，高7M，立于广州天河体育中心广场；1994年被评为广州市“十佳花城雕塑”。创作《和平·友谊》不锈钢，高8M，立于广东省体育馆广场。
1988年《李炳荣雕塑集》岭南美术出版社出版。
1989年合作《足球，只有足球！》立于广州中山大学内。创作《博》(花岗石高6M)立于广州天河体育中心。
1990年《罗丽芳李炳荣雕塑展览》在新加坡总商会展出，展览期间受李光耀总理接见并应邀到总理府为其塑像；为王鼎昌总统塑像，并出版《罗丽芳李炳荣雕塑集》。
1990年为著名画家赵少昂先生塑像，现藏广州艺术博物院趟少昂馆(青铜高75cm)。
1990年创作《春江花月夜》群雕，于新加坡总商会展出。
1992年合作《银色乐章》不锈钢，高18M×23M立于东莞桥头镇。
1995年合作大型雕塑《南国桃园门》，立于广东南海市松岗。
1996年为香港著名画家方召麟塑像，现藏香港大学(青铜高50cm)。
1996—1997年合作雕塑《牛年回娘家》、《鲲鹏展翅》参加“庆祝香港回归全国艺术大展”。作品辑入97’《全国艺术作品大展》画册。
2000年创作雕塑《母与子》、《旅游者》等，立于深圳大鹏镇。
2001年合作雕塑《摔跤》(铸铜，高3M)，立于广东奥林匹克体育中心广场。
曾与罗丽芳联合创作《挽狂澜》等。
