吴静秋 女，汉族，1960年出生于辽宁，中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，就读于北京中央美术术学院版画系硕士学位研究生班。擅长版画。1978年任友谊农场文化站美工，1984年任友谊县文化局美术辅导员，1990年在中央美术学院版画系进修，现任黑龙江佳木斯市评剧团任舞台美术设计、高级美术师。作品《金土地》、《初雪中的精灵》入选第十三、第十四届全国版画展；《塔头墩子草》入选第九届全国美展。

主要作品：1996年“金土地”入选第十三届全国版画作品展，1997年，“田中小溪”入选中国艺术大展，当代版画艺术展，1998年，“百花沟”、“天高云淡”、“深秋”、“无花果”、“初雪地”选入由霍克艺术会馆举办的抽象与具象绘画展，同年，“百花沟”刊登于中国版画封面，“天高云淡”赴澳大利亚展出，“无花果”赴日本松褐山展出，99年“初雪中的精灵”入选第十四届全国版画展，“塔头墩子草”入选第九届全国美术作品展和中韩现代版画交流展，2000年，“塔头墩子草”入选百年回顾展。
现任中国信息大学传媒艺术学院教授。
