马忠贤（1955—）安徽省宿州人，著名画家。曾就读于中国美院、中央美院研究生班。原淮北师范大学美术学院院长，教授，硕导；现任苏州科技大学传媒艺术学院教授，教授委员会主席；全国模范教师，省级优秀教师，中国美术家协会会员。在绘画上以中国画为主，亦涉及版画等相关艺术。代表作品曾入选：第七、八、九、十、十一届全国美展，全国首届人物画展，全国首届中国画展，徐悲鸿基金会最高奖；获全国首届山水画展银奖，第十五届全国版画银奖，第十六届全国版画展银奖，2003年全国中国画展优秀奖，2003中国美术金彩奖优秀奖，2004安徽省美术大展银奖。并有论文二十余篇发表于省级、国家级、国家重点学术期刊?，出版有《中国实力派美术家马忠贤》《马忠贤彩墨人物》，《国画人物》等?。由于科研教学诸方面的突出贡献，2001年被国家教育部、人事部授予全国模范教师的光荣称号。作品被黑龙江美术馆、吉林美术馆、江苏美术馆、安徽美术馆以及美国、日本等收藏机构收藏。
