李生琦(1956.7—)陕西米脂人。擅长油画、版画。1978年考入青海师范大学艺术系，毕业后任教青海师范大学。1989年中央美术学院油画助教班结业。现为青海师范大学副教授、油画教研室主任。作品多次参加全国美展。作品有《多彩的季节》（油画）、《沉默的山野》（版画）等。《沉默的山野》获全国第十三届版画展铜奖，《多彩的季节》入编《中国美术全集·现代油画4》。
1996年《沉默的山野》获第十三届全国版画展铜奖。
1999年《古流厚土》获80-90年代优秀版画家“鲁迅版画奖”。
3次获青海省政府颁发的“第一、第三、第四届文艺创作优秀奖”。
2004年〈日子〉获新世纪海南省第二届美术作品展金奖。
1989年-2004年先后在由文化部第中国美协主办的七、第八、第九、第十届全国美展中有8幅作品入选（其中油画5幅，版画1幅，水粉画2幅）。

油画《多彩的季节》入编《中国现代美术全集》（油画卷4）；版画《沉默的山野》入编《中国现代美术全集》（版画卷2）。
