陈旭海，男，汉族，1973年5月出生，浙江温州人，中国共产党员，讲师，学士。
1997年中国美术学院版画系毕业，苏州大学艺术硕士在读。中国美术家协会会员，浙江省美术家协会会员，温州市美术家协会理事，温州美协版画艺委会主任。2000年温州市政府授予文艺创作“希望之星”荣誉称号。曾参加十四届全国版画展获金奖、九届全国美展获铜奖、十届全国美展、中国版画百年回顾展、98浙江省版画展获金奖、建国50周年浙江省美展获金奖、建党80周年浙江省美展获银奖、十二届浙江省美展获铜奖等展览，并有多幅作品被国内外美术馆及私人收藏。
