梁练方，男，仡佬族，1983年生于贵州省正安县，中共党员，2004年毕业于贵州大学艺术学院绘画专业，获文学学士学位，2007年毕业于山东师范大学美术学院美术学专业，获文学硕士学位，2007年8月在黔南民族师范学院美术系工作至今，副教授，中国美术家协会会员，贵州省美术家协会版画艺委会副秘书长，贵州画院特聘画师，贵州青年画院学术委员，黔南州美协常务理事、副秘书长。
