覃绍殷(1934.12—)壮族，广西马山县人，曾任中国书画函授大学桂林分校副校长、中国美术家协会广西分会常务理事、桂林文联委员、桂林美术家协会副主席兼秘书长、桂林画院院长等职。现为广西文史研究馆馆员，中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，中国少数民族美术促进会常务理事，广西民族书画院副院长，国家一级美术师。
擅长中国画，1959年毕业于湖北美术学院。后到广西艺术学院任教，桂林画院院长，一级美术师；中国少数民?族美术促进会常务理事；桂林美协副主席。作品《靠山》、《净土》获第二届全国少数民族?画展铜奖，作品有《春雨初霁》等。出版有《漓江游》、《覃绍殷画集》、《覃绍殷山水画辑》等。作品《为有源头活水来》入选2004年首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。

1959 毕业于湖北艺术学院美术系，任职于广西艺术学院
1962 《瑶山伐木》入选由文化部和中国美协举办的全国美展，并编入画册
1964 《红五月》入选由文化部和中国美协举办的全国美展，后选送亚洲，非洲等五个国家展出。
1972 《通途劈上彩云间》入选全国美展，人民美术出版社出版单幅画。
1979 应文化部之邀到北京参加《文化部中国画创作组》创作活动。与来自全国各地的著名老画家刘海粟。吴作人，李可染，启功，钱松岩，朱屺瞻，陆俨少，黎雄才，冯建吾，应野平，潘韵，亚明，宋文治，许麟庐等名家在颐和园藻鑒堂共同作画，历时三月。在京期间还受到叶剑英副主席的亲切接见。（1979年7月27日新华社通稿，全国各大报均刊）。同年在南宁和桂林举办个展。
1981 《红水河苏醒》入选由文化部和中国美协举办的全国美展。获广西一等奖。
1982 《瑶山宝库》入选由文化部和中国美协举办的第一届全国少数民族美展。《覃绍殷画展》在桂林博物馆展出。
1984 《壮乡红河第一坝》获广西美展二等奖。
1985 《漓江游》画册出版。
1986 《漓江红帆》《红河石岸》参加由中国画研究院举办的《当代中国画联展》在北京展出。
1987 《清漓晴晓图》在日本展出，获横浜市长奖。《漓江恋》人民美术出版社出版单幅年画。
1988 率领桂林市学生美术代表团访问日本。应中共中央办公厅邀请，为毛主席纪念堂创作《红军坳》，编入《毛主席纪念堂珍藏画集》。
1989 应邀访问日本举办画展。《春雨》入选《国际艺苑第三届水墨画展》在北京展出。
1990 应天安门管理局之邀到天安门城楼创作布置画《清漓揽胜》，编入《天安门珍藏画集》。
1991 《春之梦》入选《全国第一届当代中国山水画邀请展》，编入画册。
1992 《漓江月夜》等五幅作品编入台湾出版的《国画名家百幅集》。《幽谷回声》在英国展出，获牛津市长奖。
1993 《石海人家》在广西美展中获奖。入选由中国美协举办的《全国首届中国山水画展》，编入画集。
1994 《靠山》入选第八届全国美展。获《中华民族艺术大展》优秀奖。《五岭逶迤腾细浪》入选纪念毛主席100周年全国美展，毛主席纪念堂收藏，编入《东方红》大型画集。《红河之晨》入选首届《民族百花》全国美展，获荣誉金奖。《覃绍殷画集》出版。
1995 《净士》入选中国美协和中国少数民族美术促进会举办的《民族百花》全国美展，获铜奖。《漓江月夜》在日本展出获香川县知事奖。
1996 《冬林》等五幅作品入选在美国纽约举办的《国际美术交流展》。同年4月《覃绍殷.北村白霞书画合作展》在日本东京展出。出版《覃绍殷.北村白霞书画合作展图集》。同年10月在纽约曼哈顿中心举办个人画展。
1997 《雨后青山》入选《中国当代著名书画家庆香港回归作品展览》并编入画集。
1998 《春雨初霁》入选第六届中日水墨画交流展在东京展出，获银奖。《雨润青山》参加人民日报创刊50周年珍藏书画展览在中国美术馆展出。编入画集。《一方净土》获中日美术作品展获金奖。
1999 《一方净土》入选由中国美协举办的《跨世纪暨建国50周年全国山水画大展》并编入画册。《源头活水》入选由中国美协等单位举办的《民族百花》第四届中国少数民族美术作品展览，获优秀奖。
2000 《春山积翠》《苗寨晨炊》编入由日本出版的《中国现代名家山水画集》。
2001 《老林深处有人家》入选第四届当代山水画展。入编《新世纪中国山水画200家精品集》。中国美术家协会和中国民族美术促进会共同
授予《民族杰出美术家》称号。
