亢珑，山西襄汾县襄陵庄头村人，后居临汾金殿东靳南村。七岁上小学、中学、师范，1948年参加革命入西北艺校，49年随军南下，先后在西北军大，西北艺术学院美术系学习，53年由西安美术学院毕业，调陕西美术工作室，陕西民俗艺术馆从事美术创作与辅导工作。1950年就有木刻作品收入全国版画集，出版年画作品数幅，有的在文艺刊物上受到评论文章的好评。
连环画《楚才娃的故事》得西北群众日报一等奖。木刻《架桥》、《公社产院喜气浓》、《枣园雪夜》、《延园之春》。国画《西厢记》、《战友》、《看嫁衣》等，木刻《选种》、《扬花时节》、《山溪》、《往日的回忆》等等。总共出版发表作品百余幅，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员。
