袁谷人 （1932.12—） 浙江桐乡人。擅长版画。中国美术家协会会员，解放前求学于嘉兴秀州中学；1956年在嘉兴县文化馆任美术干部；1990年到中国美术学院版画系进修结业。1996年获鲁迅版画奖。曾任嘉兴市美协主席，现为顾问。作品《一树春风》入选第八届全国美展；《晨渡》入选第十四届全国版画展；《金秋》入选第九届全国美展。《家园》由中国美术馆收藏。
