伍必端,中国美术家协会理事,中国版画家协会。出生于1926年9月。江苏南京人。回族。擅版画。1938年进战时儿童保育院学习,1939年被保育院选送到人民教育家陶行知先生创办的育才学校绘画组学习,1945年毕业。在此受到最初的美术启蒙教育。
伍必端,出生于1926年9月。江苏南京人。回族。擅版画。1938年进战时儿童保育院学习,1939年被保育院选送到人民教育家陶行知先生创办的育才学校绘画组学习,1945年毕业。在此受到最初的美术启蒙教育。1941年15岁时创作第1幅木刻《血的仇恨》,控诉日本帝国主义滥炸无辜儿童的罪行,作品发表在重庆新华日报。1946年赴晋察冀解放区华北联合大学文艺学院美术系学习。1948年毕业后随联大美术宣传队参加解放石家庄、太原、天津等战地宣传工作,画了许多政治漫画。1948年随解放军进入天津,任《天津画报》美术编辑。1950年到中央美术学院任教,1956年赴苏联,入列宁格勒列宾美术学院进修。1959年结束学习归国,继续在中央美术学院版画系任教,其后任版画系系主任。出席第1次全国文学艺术工作者代表大会。历任中央美术学院版画系主任、教授。1951年,以战地记者身份到朝鲜前线采访,在《人民日报》发表多幅战地速写,后编入《朝鲜战地速写集》出版。1953年第2次赴朝鲜为朝鲜卫国战争纪念馆创作油画《上甘岭上的英雄》。出席第2次全国文学艺术工作者代表大会。1979年出席第四届全国文艺工作者代表大会及第四届美术家代表大会,当选为中国美术家协会理事。1980年出席全国版画协会代表大会,被选为版画家协会理事。
曾为鲁迅小说《阿Q正传》、《风波》、《肥皂》、《猫与兔》插图。1956年赴前苏联列宁格勒列宾美术学院进修版画三年。应著名翻译家曹靖华之邀为苏联作家绥拉菲摩维支所著《铁流》插图,为富尔曼诺夫小说《恰巴耶夫》作插图,该插图获全国书籍插图优秀作品奖。创作《周总理》素描头像,北京出版社单幅印刷发行并用于《周恩来选集》作封面,深受广大读者欢迎。创作水彩画《寂静的草地》、纸版画《葵花地》作品均为英国大英博物馆收藏。《鲁迅先生》为北京鲁迅博物馆收藏。彩墨画《喀什印象之一》、《喀什印象之二》,获丝绸之路画展铜牌奖励 。设计抗日战争和世界反法西斯战争胜利40周年首日封,获优秀奖。1979年当选为中国美术家协会理事,1980年被选为中国版画家协会理事。1984年由天津人民美术出版社出版《伍必端画集》。1986年被邮电部聘为中国邮票图稿评审委员。
1986年秋赴法国巴黎考察,11月在巴黎法中友协画店举办个人作品展。1987年被聘为中国美术家协会版 画艺术委员会委员,同年应法中友好协会邀请赴法国巴黎访问并举办个展。1992年应日栖中川美术馆之邀赴日本举办个展,并由该美术馆出版《伍必端画集》。1994年应邀赴美国在美国夏威夷荣贵画廊举办个展,同年由安徽美术出版社出版《伍必端作品选》。1996年获中国版画家协会颁发“鲁迅版画奖”。
Wu Biduan was born in September 1926. People from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Hui nationality. Good at printmaking. In 1938, he entered the Wartime Children's Nursing Home to study. In 1939, he was selected by the Nursing Home to study in the Painting Group of Yucai School founded by Tao Xingzhi, a people's educator. He graduated in 1945. Here was the initial art enlightenment education. In 1941, when he was 15 years old, he created the first woodcut "Hatred of Blood", accusing Japanese imperialists of indiscriminate bombing of innocent children. His work was published in Chongqing Xinhua Daily. In 1946, he went to the Department of Fine Arts, College of Literature and Art, North China United University, Jin-Cha-Ji Liberated Area. After graduation in 1948, he participated in the field propaganda work of liberating Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan and Tianjin with the art propaganda team of the United Nations University, and drew many political cartoons. In 1948, he entered Tianjin with the PLA and became the art editor of Tianjin Pictorial. He taught at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1950 and went to the Soviet Union in 1956 to study at the Leningrad Levin Academy of Fine Arts. In 1959, he finished his studies and returned home. He continued to teach in the Printing Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and later served as the head of the Printing Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Attended the 1st National Congress of Literature and Art Workers. He has been the chairman and professor of Printmaking Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 1951, as a war correspondent, he went to the front of Korea to interview. He published several sketches of the battlefield in People's Daily, and then compiled them into the collection of Korean battlefield sketches for publication. In 1953, he went to Korea for the second time to create an oil painting "Heroes on Shangganling" for the Memorial Hall of the Korean Patriotic War. Attended the 2nd National Congress of Literature and Art Workers. In 1979, he attended the Fourth National Congress of Literature and Art Workers and the Fourth Congress of Artists, and was elected a member of the Chinese Artists Association. In 1980, he attended the National Print Association Congress and was elected the director of the Print Artists Association.
He has illustrations for Lu Xun's novels Ah Q Zheng Zhuan, Storm, Soap and Cat and Rabbit. In 1956, he went to the Leningrad Levin Academy of Fine Arts of the former Soviet Union to study printmaking for three years. At the invitation of Cao Jinghua, a well-known translator, for the illustration of "Iron Flow" by Soviet writer Sui Rafimovich and for Furmanov's novel "Chabayev", which won the National Book Illustration Award for Excellent Works. The sketch portrait of Premier Zhou was created. It was printed and distributed by Beijing Publishing House and used as the cover of Selected Works of Zhou Enlai. It was welcomed by the readers. The works of Watercolor "Silent Grassland" and Paper Print "Sunflower Land" are all collected by British Museum. Mr. Lu Xun is a collection of Lu Xun Museum in Beijing. The color ink painting "One of the Impressions of Kashgar" and "Two Impressions of Kashgar" won bronze medals at the Silk Road Painting Exhibition. Designed the first day of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the World Anti-Fascist War, and won the Excellence Award. In 1979, he was elected director of China Artists Association, and in 1980 he was elected director of China Printers Association. Wu Biduan Painting Collection was published by Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House in 1984. In 1986, he was appointed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications as a member of the review of Chinese stamp drawings.
In the autumn of 1986, he visited Paris, France. In November, he held an exhibition of his personal works at the French Friendship Painting Shop in Paris. In 1987, he was appointed a member of the Print Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association. In the same year, he visited Paris and held a solo exhibition at the invitation of the French Friendship Association. In 1992, at the invitation of Nakagawa Art Museum, Nishi, held a solo exhibition in Japan, and the Museum published Wu Biduan's Collection of Paintings. In 1994, he was invited to hold a solo exhibition in the Honorable Gallery of Hawaii, USA. In the same year, Wu Biduan's Selected Works was published by Anhui Fine Arts Publishing House. In 1996, he was awarded the Luxun Print Print Award by the Chinese Print Artists Association.
