吕蒙(1915年2月—1996年8月),原名徐京祥,笔名徐华,浙江永康人,现代版画家。
自幼爱好美术,十八岁入广州市立美术学校学习西画,课余参加现代版画研究会活动。后到上海参加上海文化界救亡协会,从事抗日救亡活动。

自幼爱好美术,十八岁入广州市立美术学校学习西画,课余参加现代版画研究会活动。后到上海参加上海文化界救亡协会,从事抗日救亡活动。1938年加入中国共产党,后辗转皖南,任新四军政治部宣传科长和文艺科长,以及抗日军政大学八分校美术系主任等职,并用自己的画笔作武器同日本侵略者作斗争,创作了木刻《磨练》和连环木刻《铁佛寺》(1942年,与莫朴、程亚君合作)等,还多次举办街头画展,参与创办了《抗敌画报》。新中国成立后,先后任上海军管会文艺处美术室、华东画报社、华东人民出版社、华东人民美术出版社(后改名上海人民美术出版社)、朵云轩的主要领导工作,业余从事美术创作,有版画《共和新路旱桥》、《翱翔》、《菊》等新作问世。后因中风而行动和语言均有障碍,改用左手坚持作画,并探索创造新的画风,陆续完成了一批中国画新作。1986年和1996年两次举办个人画展。不幸于1996年8月病逝,享年82岁。历任华东军区画报社主编、上海市军管会文艺处美术室主任、上海人民出版社副社长、上海美术出版社社长兼总编,海市美术家协会秘书长,中国美术家协会第三届常务理事、上海市美术家协会副主席、中国版画家协会理事、上海画院院长,美协上海分会副主席,上海文联理事。中国美术家协会会员。

After joining the Communist Party of China in 1938, he traveled to southern Anhui Province as the head of the propaganda and literature section of the Political Department of the New Fourth Army and the head of the Art Department of the Eighth Branch of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University. He used his brush as a weapon to fight against the Japanese aggressors and created the woodcut "Trimming" and the woodcut "Tiefu Temple" (1942, with Mo Pu, Tiefu Temple).
