陈斌（子晓汇玉）：1957年生于中国成都，毕业于四川教育学院美术系中国画专业。进修于中国艺术研究院，西安美术学院。中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，四川美协艺委会委员，香港国际画院董事副院长、中国美网艺术总监。
其作品以传统精神、现代构成、独特语言、时尚色彩、四大要素形成当代典型个人艺术风格。入选第九届全国美展、中国画三百家、中国美术金彩奖、第五届全国工笔画大展、奥林匹克美术大会展等并获奖。
