蔡荣，(1940.7—)，浙江温州人。擅长书籍装帧。
1964年毕业于中央美术学院版画系，历任外文出版社美编室主任，编审。
作品《1978—1979年获奖短篇小说选》(英文版)、《札什伦布寺》(汉德文合排)分别获第三、四届全国书籍装帧展览会二、三等奖；《京城胡同留真》（汉英合排）由中国出版工作者协会装帧艺术委员会推荐参加德国莱比锡“全世界最美的100本书”的展评。博宝艺术家网长期展出蔡荣的作品，其作品多为国家名画。
