温瑛(1941—)女，北京人。擅长中国画。1956年考入中央美术学院附中，1964年毕业于中央美院版画系。曾任报刊美术编辑，北京画院《中国画》编辑部副主任、副编审，参与并主持《中国画》近四十期。
