毛翔先画作品

毛翔先，男，1941年12月生于浙江义乌市。1959年在中国美术学院附中就读，1968年毕业于中国美术学院版画系，毕业后一直从事美术创作和美术编辑工作，先后担任过衢州市文学艺术工作者联合会秘书长、中国美术学院出版社总编辑、中国《艺术教育》杂志常务副总编，现为中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会会员、中国老艺术家书画院常务副院长、浙江树人大学公共艺术研究所所长。
作品曾多次参加全国美展并获奖。《土专家》、《初春早晨》、《千手观音》、《圣观音》等作品被中国美术馆、天津艺术博物馆以及美国新奥尔良艺术馆收藏。其传略辑入《中国美术家人名大字典》、《中国艺术家人名大字典》，曾在美国、香港、台北、新加坡、东京等地举办个人画展，是一位有思想的艺术家。其绘画题材广泛涉及人类学、历史学、宗教学、民俗学等。形式多样，个性鲜明，富有民族特色，且充满人文思想。他思维的翅膀，飞掠过从人类起源到现代生活的浩渺时空。寻觅理想与现实的会通是毛翔先先生艺术创作的理想。
近十年来，毛翔先先生潜心研究佛教艺术，在纯净的佛坛美术上不息地耕耘和探索，创造了诸如《弥陀三圣》、《圣观音》、《远古观音》等一系列作品，显示出丰厚的文化底蕴，2009年7月，策划、创办《和谐之光祈福中国—2009首届中国佛教艺术精品》大展（浙江省爱心事业基金会，中国老艺术家书画院等单位联合举办），在海内外产生了较大的影响。
现为中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会会员、中国书画艺术委员会副秘书长。
