1955年出生于辽宁抚顺市，1984年毕业于杭州浙江美术学院版画系。现任职于杭州中国美术学院版画系主任。
艺术活动：
1985年铜版画《地平线》参加北京中国青年美展获三等奖。
1987年《地平线》被美国洛杉机亚太博物馆展出并收藏。
1987年木刻作品《梦系列》参展英国举办的《现代中国绘画展》。
1988年《梦》木刻系列作品参加西德奥格斯堡市展览。
1989年铜版画《工厂》及木刻《梦》系列作品参加香港举办的中国大陆版画作品大展。
