洪波(1923.12—1985.12)天津人。擅长版画。1943年在北平艺专油画系学习。1945年在晋察冀边区华北联合大学文艺学院美术系任教。历任中央美术学院助教、教务科长、讲师、副教授、院党委书记。作品有《庆功》、《青年烈士刘胡兰》、《参军图》等。
