李志明，男，1952年生，祖籍山东文登，中国美术家协会会员，副研究馆员。作品曾入选第七、八、九届全国美术作品展览，第四、五、六届全国年画作品展览。其中《花鞋垫》获第七届全国美术作品展览铜奖，并被中国美术馆收藏；《共创小康景，同歌大治年》、《人生天地间》分获第五、六届全国年画作品展览二、三等奖。作品还多次获省美展特等、一等奖，有两件作品被收录《中国现代美术全集》，其作品及传略入编《中国美术家协会会员辞典》、《世界华人艺术家成就博览》等专业辞书。
