康永明(1943.9—)，别名康颉，辽宁兴城人。曾师从刘子清、赵松涛习山水画。1962年毕业于天津工艺美术学院舞台美术系，分配至天津塘沽评剧团任舞美设计。1970年调塘沽文化馆从事美术创作和群众美术普及工作，1978年调塘沽展览馆任美术设计兼创作员。现为塘沽区文化局美术创作工作室副主任，副研究馆员。中国美术家协会理事，天津市藏书票研究会副理事长，塘沽藏书票研究会会长。擅长版画，兼及中国画。其版画作品《晨幕》等为中国美术馆收藏，《深秋》1986年选送日本神户展出，《五色缤纷》入选第七届全国美展。
