张志有，又名：张志友，室名石仙阁、木香轩、石香斋，中国美术家协会会员；原河北省保定学院学术委员会委员、美术系主任、校督导员、教授；河北省政协第四、五、六、七届委员；河北省政协第六、七届书画室副主任；曾任：中国版画家协会第一、二、三届理事；中国藏书票研究会常务副会长兼秘书长；《中国版画年鉴》联络编委；中央教育电视台3套《艺术中国》节目策划人；河北省教育系列高级职称评审委员会委员；河北省美术高考专业成绩评审委员会委员；河北省美术家协会理事；河北省美术家协会创作委员会副主任；河北省版画研究会副会长；《河北版画》报副主编；河北省武强年画学会理事；保定市文化艺术教育体育系列高级职称评委；保定市美术家协会副主席；涿州市文联副主席；涿州市美术家协会主席；日本《秋瓦》版画会海外成员；北京芥子园画院顾问等；
1951年拜爱新觉罗·继明先生为师习画；1952年与文国璋、王炜、王仲等小画友组成《少年绘画小组》，常出入于中央美术学院，苦练绘画基本功，饱受艺术熏陶，曾聆听文金扬、王琦、李宗津、王式廓、李斛等多位教授谆谆教诲，曾受到徐悲鸿先生关爱；1956年考为北京市景山少年宫西画组第一批学员，期间部分素描与水彩习作曾赴前苏联和日本展出；1958年考入中央美术学院附中（插班生高二），曾受业于傅抱石、黄胄、溥雪斋、刘凌沧、卢沉、杜键、王德娟等名师，期间部分作业曾被选送到前南斯拉夫展出，留校下乡素描习作《小羊头》五十年后曾入选2010年举办的《中央美术学院素描60年中国巡回展（2009）》之“1950年代部分”；1960年考入中央美术学院版画系，曾深受李桦、古元、王琦、黄永玉、文怀沙、常任侠、蒋兆和、李苦禅、许幸之、黄苗子、陈晓南、夏同光、洪波、靳尚谊、侯一民、庞涛等名家指教点拨；1963年曾任黄永玉教授工作室室长，有幸与先生频繁密切接触，曾饱览拜读先生大量版画及在当时还曾密不示人的彩墨画、油画、文学作品及藏品、藏书，屡得先生口传心授。数十年来，擅长运用版画、油画、彩墨画、复合绘画、书籍装帧等艺术语言与画材，不拘形式的表现历史性、现代性事件、人物、景象与空间；从事多年美术创作、教学、科研和辅导工作；作品曾多次参加国内外重大美展，曾分别在大英博物馆（1985）及欧、亚、北美21国、国内40多个城市和港台展出，曾被中国美术馆、四川美术馆、青岛美术馆、英国大英博物馆、日本神奈川县立近代美术馆、意大利都灵市博物馆、奥地利韦尔斯市市政厅及众多中外有关机构、人士收藏，曾应邀赴日本举办个展、讲学、接受电视直播采访，曾入编《中国现代美术全集·版画卷》等多种中外画册、图录、年鉴、辞书，曾受命编著国家教委统编教材《版画》；曾撰写400余篇文章在国内外报刊、网站发表，曾获《中国八、九十年代优秀版画家·鲁迅版画奖》（1999年）、《中国藏书票全国邀请展》银奖（1991年）、《意大利·都灵·国际版画及藏书票展》佳作奖（1991年）、日本《第22届国际手工制版画展》金奖（1998年）及《曾宪梓教育基金奖》（1994年）等中外各类、各级奖项；1981年与李宏仁（中央美术学院教授）、路坦（鲁迅美术学校教授）一同被李桦（中国版画家协会主席）、力群（中国版画家协会副主席）、王琦（中国版画家协会副主席兼秘书长）联名撰文提名为中国新兴版画运动五十年来，建国以后有一定成就的三名石版画家之一。1992年起享受国务院特殊津贴。
