黄树德，1931年生，广东省南海市人。1959年至1962年在广州美术学院油画系进修并结业。历任海军南海舰队美术创作组组长、部队专职画家、广东省岭南美术出版社社长兼总编辑等。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，广东美协水彩画艺委会副主任，广东水彩画研究会副会长。作品多次参力口全国美展及选送出国展览。1996年获全国版协授予“鲁迅版画奖”。出版有《黄树德版画集》、《海之歌一黄树德水彩版画集》等。
