高华，男，1956年2月生，河北广宗人。河北省广宗县文化馆馆长、副研究馆员。中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会会员、中国藏书票研究会会员、河北省版画研究会副会长、邢台市美术家协会副主席、邢台市版画学会会长。
1978年入河北师范学院美术专科学习。1980年毕业分配到河北广宗县文化馆工作至今。
作品《北疆情》获建军六十周年美术展佳作奖；《秋天的记忆》入选第七届全国美展；《希望》入选第十二届全国版画展；《文字与山花》入选第十三届全国版画展；《厚土No.3》入选第九届全国美展。深圳美术馆、江苏省美术馆收藏。
