陈川(1943.12—)生于重庆，祖籍宁波。1965年毕业于湖北艺术学院。1984--1991年任山东省美术馆副馆长。现任山东省美术馆一级美术师、教授、中国美术家协会会员。个人画展在山东美术馆、澳大利亚利斯莫尔地区美术馆展出、并在澳大利亚巡回展出。2人版画联展在法国比利夫博物馆展出。获中国《鲁迅版画奖》、《第十三届全国版画展》铜奖。作品载入《中国现代美术全集》。许多版画被国内、外美术馆、博物馆收藏。出版有《陈川版画艺术》。
