区焕章(1941.3—)广西柳州人。擅长版画。1964年广州美术学院毕业。历任解放军某野战军美术员、广西柳州电视台副台长、柳州市美协主席，一级美术师。版画《渔港哨兵》、《舂新米》入选全国美展并被中国美术馆收藏。
