许向东，1962年7月生于黑龙江，汉族，祖籍山东。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，国家三级美术师，大庆市版画院专职画家，黑龙江省版画院特聘画家。
1991年、1997年先后两次进修中央美术学院、浙江美术学院版画系；1999年汉语言文学本科毕业。现在就职中央美术学院版画系工作室负责人。

第十一、十二、十三届全国版画展，《中国艺术大展——当代版画展》《中国版画百年回顾展》《2000年青岛国际版画双年展》。

黑龙江省第六届版画展金奖；
黑龙江省第五届文艺大赛大奖的大奖；
