沈文（1930~）福建仙游人。1954年上海美专绘画系毕业。编审。中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，曾在辽宁美术出版社、福建人民出版社、福建艺术学院从事创作编辑和教学工作。曾任福建美术出版社副社长、副总编辑，《美术之友》编委。作品有《鲁迅在厦门》、《闽南女》、《书圣王羲之》、《黄慎出山》、《桃花扇》、《吟梅图》、《黄河之水天上来》、《武夷山图》、《雄风》、《荔枝图》、《鞍钢高炉夜晚》等几十件作品，在八个出版社和十几个报刊上发表出版，还有评论文章在《中国艺术》、《美术之友》等杂志上登载。曾参加华东地区和全国性画展。编辑数百种图书画册，有《刘海粟名画集》、《明代十二名贤书法》、《仙游画家》参加莱比锡国际最佳图书展等五个国际性书展，和北京、福州等大型书展，有的获奖。传略及作品辑入《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国美术家》、《20世纪国际现代美术精品荟萃》、《中国现代美术家名人大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
