黄智(1958.12—)宁夏银川人。擅长版画、油画。宁夏银川师专美术系毕业。后在剧场作美工。中国美术家协会会员、宁夏美术家协会副主席、银川市美术家协会主席、银川美术馆馆长。
作品《又一秋》入选第六届全国美展，版画《红梦》入选第七届全国美展，《固原春》、《野鸽子》、《谷雨》等入选全国版画展。
创作的美术作品人选全国第六、七、八、九、十届美展，获国家级银奖、铜奖。2002年被自治区美协评为杰出美术家，多幅作品获自治区金奖，银川市人民政府授予文学艺术特殊贡献奖，并记文学艺术创作等功。2010年被银川市政府特聘为城市建设规划专家委员会委员，2012年被自治区文化厅评为先进文化工作者。传略入编《中国美术家辞典》，作品被国内外多家美术馆收藏。
